Don’t have a 3D model? You still have options.
The hardest part of replacing a broken plastic component is usually finding the part at all — the manufacturer discontinued it, the whole assembly is sold as one expensive unit, or it never existed as a spare in the first place. 3D printing sidesteps that entirely: if we can model the shape, we can make it.
You can come to us three ways:
- You have an STL/STEP file — upload it on the homepage for an instant price.
- You found a model online (Thingiverse, Printables, GrabCAD) — upload it and we’ll check it’s printable.
- You only have the broken part — send clear photos with a ruler for scale (and the old part’s dimensions if you can measure them). We’ll quote a small design fee to model it, then print it.
For parts that take stress or heat — a bracket that holds weight, a clip that flexes, anything near an engine or in sunlight — we’ll steer you to PETG or ABS-like filament instead of standard PLA so the replacement outlasts the original. Not sure which to pick? Leave a note and a real person will choose the right material for how the part is actually used.

Replacement part FAQ
I don’t have a 3D file — can you still make the part?
Yes. Send clear photos with something for scale (a ruler or coin) plus any dimensions you can measure. We’ll quote a small design fee to model it, then print it. Simple parts are often $30–$60 to model.
Will the printed part be strong enough?
For functional parts we recommend PETG or ABS-like filament, which handle stress, heat, and UV far better than basic PLA. Tell us how the part is used and we’ll pick the right material.
How accurate are the dimensions?
FDM prints typically hold ±0.3–0.5 mm. For press-fits and snap-fits we can tune the model. If tolerances are critical, mention it and we’ll account for it.
How much does it cost?
Most small replacement parts start around $12 to print. If we need to model it from photos, add a one-time design fee. You see the print price instantly when you upload a file.
